The first of many

With 98 days left of single life, I thought it would be a great idea to start a blog once I get married. Married life, I assume, will be a big change in itself, but compiled with the fact that I’m going to be moving to the midwest immediately after getting married, I’m going to be going through some major changes. So hence this blog. So then I thought that I would chronicle my life once I get married, because frankly, I think it’ll be interesting to see how my life actually does change. Plus, who knows what I’ll be doing in Wisconsin, at least a blog will keep me busy! Then I got to thinking…I should start it before I get married since I’m sure I’ll have lots to blog about. Ta-dah!

So in the past…namely my college years, I was a xangan, or xanga-ian. It was fun, I would just jot down random occurences in my life, so hopefully I’ll keep up with this blog as well as I did in the past. I actually have a wedding website right now, which has a blog as well. But since I don’t want to be giving away any secrets or surprises about the wedding on the blog, it’s pretty vague. I have to censor myself when I write on my wedding blog in order to keep the details of our nuptials in secret. So here’s where this blog comes in. I’ll be writing EVERYTHING in this blog. I’ll finally get to publish pictures of things that I couldn’t possibly put on the other blog (e.g. dress fittings, centerpiece trials, hair and make-up trials). Exciting huh! I’m excited.
